The whole team at Wye Valley Vets were fantastic after our 6 month old puppy was attacked by an American Bulldog. Their response was immediate, professional and thorough as well as genuinely caring. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Chris and his team are brilliant. Our bulldog needed an operation and they couldn't have treated her better. Knowledgeable, gentle and genuinely compassionate people. I thoroughly recommend them.

Pets Corner Hereford

We have found the staff very knowledgeable on the nutrition when we had to change our dog's diet. Every time we visit it is a very warm welcome. The staff very are helpful in all aspect of pet care and choosing the best dog food and accessories the store stocks. It is helpful to take our dog there for weighing as he finds it a bit traumatic going to the vet's surgery.

I cannot praise this store and it's people enough, apart from the warm friendly welcome, their nutritional and product knowledge is amazing!!! After months and months of contunous visits to the vets with one of my dogs who has a condition called dry eye, that attacks the immune system, I was strongly advised to have Muffin my Cocker Spaniel's eye removed as the treatment wasn't working. In desperation I spoke to Grant who advised a change of diet and recommended supplements, two weeks later unbelievably there was a marked improvement Muffin had to attend a planned monthly appointment and although it wasn't her usual vet, the vet could see the difference by referring to the notes and photographs on record and said after all this time there is a sudden improvement in a short space of time and asked have we done anything differently. She was amazed and went and spoke to our usual vet, who was in surgery at the time, he has cared for Muffin since birth, she is now nine . He requested that further photographs were taken and all the information on the changes we had made were logged on her records. Both Grant and his team have and continue to be supportive, nothing is too much trouble and I thank you all, I know that the advice given played a major role in saving Muffin's eye.
